VOLTAGGIO BROTHERS VIDEOS - STARTING IN JANUARY 2010
YAY!!! Can't Wait! =)
Booked my reservation for VOLT. October 22, 5:30. Something to look forward to. You can bet I'll be taking pics :)
Uh oh, too many people are viewing it smiley-laughing.gif error message for the video smiley-surprised.gif
I'm glad that you guys are joining forces and doing things together.  I love both of you and am looking forward to seeing you guys do many things in the future.
It would be cool, if you guys did a couple of dishes geared towards kids.  Knowing that your both father's, it would be nice to have a couple recipes for kids, without "dumbing down" the ingredients.
How in heaven's name did you have time to post this! I just left and it's BUSY in there! LOL!
The folks at Equal did a very neat job with that little teaser

The trailor looks good...I'm sure the videos will be awesome! Looking forward to it!!

I would love to see how Michael made the salad dressing "bubbles" on Top Chef. I can't remember exactly what he called them. That is such a cool idea and I would love to surprise my guests with something similar.
I look forward to watching these videos in 2010, keep up the good work on this site
YAY, I can't wait. I have been wanting to learn from professionals like you and Michael. I am a total foodie I watch Top Chef and the Food Network religiously. I read cook books, dabble in the savory and the sweet. I cannot wait to learn more. Great idea!!!!

I'm looking forward to the videos!  Are you guys doing them together or separately from each coast?

I'd love to see tips/recipes for cooking balanced, sophisticated meals quickly.  After a long day at the office, it's too easy to go get take out rather than spend time cooking/cleaning in the kitchen.

Also, my favorite food is anyting with noodles - can you think of anything creative with that other than the traditional Italian, Asian stir-fry, noodle soups, etc???

thanks!

I love the videos already and all I've seen is the teaser.  Never before more than now have we needed tastevision! Sounds awesome, I can't wait to see the Voltaggio's in their own habitat, hah.
I remember reading about two dishes of Michael's I would love to have the details on, one is the liquid french fries and the other was the tomatoe dish that looked like a fried egg.

Bryan, I second the above comment about fun dishes for kids. My daughter is the same age as Thatcher and she always wants to help, but there are so few things I can let her help with it seems. Also, I know you mentioned that you hunt and you used venison in your final dish. My brothers hunt and fish and often bring me venison, rabbit, goose, trout, blue gill etc and I would love some new recipe ideas for game meat and fish, please.

Thank you for staying connected with your fans.
this is awesome...can't wait.
