Brioche
Unfortunately there is not a recipe section so this is the closest area that I could find.  Could anyone offer a great brioche recipe? I am attending a dinner party Friday evening and I promised I would bring a bread. I have had brioche before and it was wonderful but I am having a hard time finding a good recipe online.  I really want to blow everyone away with this yummy bread. Thanks :)
3 more days until I need to make the batter and still no luck,,, Bryan / Michael would you have a recipe for brioche that you could share? Thanks!
250 g plain flour
pinch salt
1 teaspoon dried yeast
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
75g softened butter
Mix flour salt and yeast
Combine warmed milk with sugar and stir to dissolve, then allow to cool a little
Combine beaten eggs with milk sugar mixture  and mix with flour, salt and yeast in the bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with a dough hook. Work until a smooth dough forms (about 10 mins) Continue beating and butter in 2 lots. Dough should be smooth and shiney and come away form the sides of the bowl.
Cover bowl and leave in draught free place until dough doubles in size (2hours)
Knock back and knead briefly by hand on a work bench. Form loaves and allow to rise again, covered for 1 hour.
Bake at 180 C for 30 mins, tip out of tin and return to oven for 10 mins more. Cool before serving
Thanks Elizabeth! :)  have you tried this recipe before?  also do you think it is better to bake it in loafs or braid it?
Tried and true and a favourite of my boss. I form minis in Brioche tins (bake 15 mins) but it works just as well as a loaf.

Brioche is so good, but I dont know how to do it(www.dvdstreets.com)
