Dough
I've been wanting to make my own homemade dough, whether it's for pizza or bread. I know you need to let the dough sit for awhile. I would like to premake this on the weekends when I have more time. How can I store the dough, so that I can take it out of the fridge / freezer whenever I'm ready? How long will it last in the fridge or the freezer?

You can store in a bowl in the fridge covered in plastic wrap. You should use it rather quickly though because the yeast will continue to work, although very slowly in the fridge. You can freeze it also, but you have to re-proof it once defrosted to kind of wake the yeast up.
