grilled octopus?
Hi everyone,

I've made slow-cooked octopus but I have small octopus today and I want to grill it.
Some people say to clean the octopus, leave the legs whole (thread on skewers), and cut the body into chunks ... then put it straight on the grill for about 8 - 12 minutes. But I'm worried about it getting chewy.
I would marinate it in tomatoes, garlic, and herbs first, and then grill it.
Is there any reason to boil the octopus first?

Thanks for any help or advice!
