Your dishes look fantastic, Eddie!  I especially loved the look of the halibut entree and the strip steak on chips!  What else is in the tuna tartare composition?  It looks really intriguing!

Just took a look, new here too.  The sirloin on chips and tuna tartar look AWESOME!  Really too bad there's no such thing as taste vision, and I'm starving right now.. :)
