I am currently 14 years old and live in Warren, NJ. I have an extreme passion for food. I obsess over it. I read books by Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Eric Ripert, Heston Blumenthal, Ferran Adria, Charlie Trotter, and more. I cook everyday for my family. I also cater for other people's dinner parties. I am also an intern at a fine dining restaurant called uproot (which just got 3 and 1/2 stars from NJ monthly), which is aIso in Warren, NJ. I love food so much. I like creating dishes in my head with ingredients I cannot obtain and writing them down in a notepad. I have over 150 dishes which I will share. I aslo love to dine at very fine restaraunts. I have been very lucky enough to dine at Jean Georges, Del Posto, and Eleven Madison Park. All of these restaurants have $28 lunches. I would love to be a chef, but there is a problem that I have. I visited the CIA during the Bocuse D'or, which was incredible. I have a small problem, I am deathly allergic to fish (not shellfish), some seeds, and some nuts.
