Nice post. I actually used to HATE cilantro myself. Eating it was about as unpleasant as biting into tinfoil. And the smell drove me nuts too. Then I started working in restaurants and mentioned this to a chef I worked with. He said, "you know what I say to people who don't like Cilantro? Eat more of it!" And by god, he was right. That horrible taste eventually faded away and I now love the stuff!
