Making Coucous, I just found the best  Merguez here in Maryland at http://www.whitmorefarm.com/ in Emmitsburg.

I'm from Provence, moved to Maryland 20 years ago; finding produces is quite challenging.I was on the process to make my own, when  Kent from the Whitmore farm  told me to try their Merguez.
They are the best !!! they sell produces at local Farmers Markets around here.
