Can you recall the last time you dined at either one of the Voltaggio brothers' restaurants? The answer of course is yes. But let's say someone were to ask you what your favorite dish of the evening was? Last week I had the opportunity to eat at The Dining Room and experience Chef Michael Voltaggio's food for the first time...It was absolutely the MOST MEMORABLE MEAL of my life!
Which dish from Chef Michael or Chef Bryan was the most memorable to you?

That is a  very difficult decision to make, to narrow it down to just one choice!

But if I was forced to choose... it would be Chef Bryan's goat cheese ravioli with butternut squash, mushrooms, and a brown butter sauce I seriously considered licking off the plate!  To die for!  What really pushed this dish over the edge was the pairing with a Glatzer Gruner Veltliner.
