While searching online for a caviar maker, I've encountered a limited selection ranging from the poorly reviewed Caviar Box (hard to clean, time consuming to use, easily broken and a kit costs $170 from Pastrychef.com), to the Addelice shipped from Europe (exceeding $130 for the fixture), to the Caviar Maker (starting at $250 from caviarmaker.com) on eBay.
