Hi guys. I'm definitely getting new cookware in the next couple of months and am wondering what is the best to buy? I've seen a lot of the Food Network stuff, and it seems junk. The Emeril line seems solid, and Calphalon has always been good for me. But so much info regarding cookwar is hype, and it can easily be overpriced. So what's  a food dude to do?

Per others suggestions that I have read All-Clad is top notch as long as you can afford it.

I can highly recommend the All-Clad.  After many years of using terrible pots and pans I slowly started adding the All-Clad when I needed new ones.  I love them!
