Weekly Voltaggio Fix: Heavy on the Michael!

Michael...keep the videos coming. I wanna try this sous vide thing.  I have the foodsaver, just need to find the other thing.

I have a sous vide machine and love it.  Just amazing.  Anyway, Michael, I noticed you made a point not to salt the chicken skin.  What is the reason for this?  Thanks.
