Hey everyone,

It's been a while since we highlighed the great dishes posted by the community, so we're using today's post to showcase your photos.

From Matt J:

"Liver and onions modernized a bit. Maybe a Mille Feuille of Liver? Cleaned liver and cut into medalions. Marinated in New Castle. Floured lightly, seared and finished in the oven. Very fast cook on it. Potato crisps. Herb and Micro green salad with a djion vinagerette - needs to be taken off plate all together or put on top of stack. Onions braised in port and some honey. Lime/Port/Cab/Veal stock/Mire poix reduction sauce. Sauce had a nice pop to it, well received by liver. Garnished with blanched leeks, warm pepitas and a few slices of black truffle."

Pork roulade, apple/fennel salad, dressing.

yum,that liver and onion dish looks yummy.
thx wendy! i love how urz looks. i wana try it with turkey bacon (i dont eat pork).
and that last one has some of my favorite things in it and i love the color.

i styled the cupcakes on top of one of my paintings. they just went perfect together.
wow, i love the cupcakes, and a lot of talent around here :)
