Hot Wings for the Super Bowl

Hey Everyone,
Check out this video that I made with the people at LA Times. These "hot wings" won me an Elimination Challenge on Top Chef, and would work perfectly for your Super Bowl party.

That's a neat technique how you're able to remove the bone from the wings. I've gotta say, Michael, I think if you were sent to a desert island, I think you'd take with you an ISI siphon & liquid nitro! Great reinventions!

I personally watch the Puppy Bowl 
But I do like to make things with melted things on them like Nachos and Pizza, veggie "meaty" versions that are fun!

Bryan V - I thoroughly enjoyed your take on this dish as part of the Table 21 tasting menu at Volt. A few of us recognized the dish from the show when we dined there in November.
